We are wired to stupidity. Our minds make sense for us by going:
Impression — assessment of importance — pattern — system — feeling — then, finally; meaning.
The problem is ofc, that the systems are broken. So deformations happen, making it harder to fit things into the image of truth you have spent all those years trying to harmonize, hoping to finally lean back in that sack of flesh you used to belong in. Stuff deteriorates, like the boundaries between things, lookalikes, and nothings. Then what to glaze your daily serving of chaos with, but the supposed objectivity of counting things to systematize. Where to turn for truths in common, except all the way back to unstable pattern, letting neurons do the dancing from there.
Try balance and tension. Try not penetrating in order to fixate. Try risking collapse, leaving it all lying flat on its face if it happens.
